Occupli makes second acquisition and acquires Elite Ambulance Emergency Training & Supplies
Occupli, owned by Irish private-equity firm Erisbeg, has acquired Elite Private Ambulance Service (Cork) Ltd and Elite Ambulance & Emergency Supplies (Cork) Ltd, a well-established Irish Heart Foundation approved training, consultancy and supplies company. The value of the transaction is not disclosed.
Occupli established over 25 year ago, is Ireland’s leading provider of health and safety training, Food Safety, recruitment, consultancy and environmental solutions. Following their rebrand earlier las year, the company has acquired Elite Private Ambulance Emergency Services (Cork) Ltd and Elite Ambulance & Emergency Supplies (Cork) Ltd, a hugely respected Cork-based Health & Safety training, consultancy and supplies company.

Occupli has plans to gradually integrate Elite Ambulance, assuming operational control over time working closely with Donal, Julie, and their team to continue to grow the business.
Throughout the transition, Occupli, Elite Private Ambulance Emergency Services (Cork) Ltd and Elite Ambulance & Emergency Supplies (Cork) Ltd will operate uninterrupted.
