Course Overview

Duration: 5 Days

Assessment: A short written exam & a Project
Accreditation: QQI level 5 component Certificate in Health and Safety at Work (5N1794)

Learners will be able to apply the principles and procedures of health and safety. This will be done through an understanding of hazard identification. As well as risk assessment process.

This course will provide the learner with the modern approaches.  Including how to adopt health and safety into management systems. While also including how to manage and control common hazards and risk management. Learners will become very familiar with the Safety Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005. Including its associated regulations.
