How do I log in for the first time?
You will receive an email upon set up of your account. This email will include a link to the platform and your username. You will be asked to create your own password, this is for security purposes. I have also added the links to candidate and business account for ease of access below.
I have forgotten my password. Can I create a new one?
Yes you can.
- Access the login page – Candidate Account Link or Business Account Link
- Go to where you would input you details.
- Enter your username
- Below the password you will see the message ‘forgot your password? click here’.
- You will then be asked to insert an email and you will be sent a verification code to create a new password

I have forgotten my username. Can I create a new one?
No you can not.
Your username will be in the original email you received upon set up. If you are having issues finding this please drop us an email on support@occupli.com and we will resend you your username.
On successful completion, do I receive a certificate?
No you can not.
On successful completion you will receive a certificate that is approved by CPD. This certificate is available for immediate download. It will also be stored in your account if you wish to log in and download it at a later date.
Many of our online courses are awareness courses and may require a practical element. This will be stated clearly in the course overview. If you are unsure if the online course you wish to take is an awareness course only, please email support@occupli.com

How do I create a business account?
After selecting which online course you wish to purchase, at the checkout you will be asked to select an individual or business account. After creation of the business account you can purchase more licences and add users from within the account itself. For any queries please call 021-4978100
How do I purchase licences within a business account?
After logging into your business account, on the left hand side of the business administration panel you will see ‘purchase’, here you can buy additional licences for your business account.
How do I create users and assign them a licence within a business account?
After logging into your business account (assuming you have already purchased the licences), on the left hand side of the business administration panel you will see ‘candidates’.
Click ‘Add New Account’ and you will then have to fill in the appropriate details for the user and select the box that says Assign Course(s) to this account’. When this is complete an automatic email with the user’s details will be sent to their inbox.
