Supporting Employees in Mental Distress/Ill Health Course Programme is a 1 day training course.  The course aims to teach participants how to provide immediate support to employees who are experiencing a mental health crisis or are in mental distress until appropriate professional help is accessed.

The course also aims to give participants an improved understanding of common mental health problems as well as their accompanying signs and symptoms. In addition, it helps participants gain an understanding of  how to offer appropriate support and signpost where help can be obtained.
